Three organisations and you. Knowing which is which is what makes a problem solvable, and it is why the contact page has a routing table.

The practical consequence: this desk can answer for its own website and its own orders. It cannot answer for the manufacturer's formulation decisions, and it cannot supply documents it does not hold. Where those limits bite, we say so on the page rather than implying an authority we do not have. The batch verification page is the clearest example: we hold a certificate reference, not a certificate.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction. Nothing in this paragraph removes any right you have to bring a claim where you live, if the law where you live gives you that right.

Complaints first, please. Almost everything that goes wrong with an order is fixable by telephoning +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. Almost everything that goes wrong with a page is fixable by emailing [email protected]. We would much rather correct something than argue about it, and a correction moves the review date so the change is visible.

If part of these terms is unenforceable. The rest continues to apply. A term that a court will not enforce does not take the rest of the agreement with it.

Changes. These terms may change. The current version is the one on this page and the review date at the foot of every page tells you when it was last looked at. It was last reviewed September 17, 2026. Changes are not retrospective: an order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

Four things about how the material here may and may not be used, stated plainly because the alternative is a paragraph nobody reads.

• Quoting is fine. Take a passage, attribute it, and link back. We would rather be quoted accurately with a link than paraphrased without one.
• Republishing is not. Copying whole pages onto another site, with or without the brand names changed, is not acceptable use. It is also self-defeating: duplicate pages compete with each other and neither ranks.
• Automated scraping at a rate that degrades the site is not acceptable use. Ordinary crawling is welcome, and robots.txt explicitly permits the generative engines as well as the search engines.
• Do not present this site as the manufacturer, and do not present yourself as this desk. We are a retailer, and the difference matters to anyone chasing a refund.

If the product is discontinued or reformulated. Neither is in this desk's control. If the manufacturer changes the panel, the label in your hand becomes the authority over anything written here, and we would want to hear about it so the pages can be corrected. If supply stops, outstanding orders and the guarantee on orders already placed are unaffected: a guarantee attaches to your purchase, not to whether the product is still on sale.

If this website closes. The guarantee on an order placed while it was open still runs its 60 days, and the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 remains the route to it. Keep the order confirmation email, which is the document that proves the purchase and the date.
