Why the Femipro guarantee is shorter than the wait

That last exclusion deserves a sentence of its own. A money-back guarantee is a commercial term. It says the seller will return your money; it does not say the product will work, and it is not evidence that it does. Check the date first
The window is 60 days from purchase. A claim made after day 60 is outside the policy and no amount of correspondence changes that. This is the whole reason the section above says decide on day 50.
Confirm the return actually arrived
Using the tracking number from the return parcel. A refund cannot be processed against a parcel nobody has received, and an untracked return that went astray is the hardest case there is to resolve.
Call the desk again, with both numbers
The order ID and the return tracking number, on +1 (302) 200-3480. Most stalls turn out to be a parcel that arrived with nothing inside it identifying the order.
Allow the full card timeline before escalating
Three to five business days to issue, then five to ten for your card issuer. A refund that has been issued but not yet posted looks identical to one that was never issued, and only your bank can tell those two apart.
Then put it in writing
To [email protected], with the order ID, the dates and what you were told. That desk cannot process a refund, but it can escalate a documented case, and a written record is what makes that possible.
